The Lipedema Shop is an Australian online store operated by Systems View Pty Ltd. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Products and information
We do our best to show every garment accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens. Product descriptions, sizing guidance and website content are general information only and are not medical advice. Our team are not trained Lymphoedema Therapists, and nothing on this site replaces advice from a qualified health professional.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices from time to time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases, for example if a garment is out of stock or a pricing error has slipped through. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by things outside our control, like postal delays. Risk in your order passes to you on delivery.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our garments come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law, and you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Privacy
We collect only the details we need to process your order and look after you, and we never sell your information. Payment details are handled by our secure payment provider and are never stored by us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
